      When noting the “Charge” in a Part III summons, what would be proper wording. “Fail to comply with OFC regulations under the FPPA”???page 2 information

      Hi Denis: In Greater Sudbury, we write “name of the owner” while being the owner of ” address”, did fail to comply with an inspection order. We attach the inspection order number and quote the Fppa Act 1997, S.O. 1997 Chpt 4.
