The City of Welland is seeking a full time Fire Prevention Officer, Fire and Emergency Services. Under the direction of the Director of Fire Prevention, the Fire Prevention Officer will be responsible for reducing the incident of fire throughout the community through the delivery of public education programs, conducting fire safety inspections and providing fire and safety code enforcement.

The annual salary for this position is $96,562 (2014 rate).
